Vine Crest College is the brainchild of Mrs F. O. Phillips, an experienced educator and school administrator. Her desire is to groom students into thought and action leaders that will positively impact their society and the world. She desires to see this done through quality education and by instilling values such as compassion, service, leadership into each student. Mrs. F. O. Phillips has a stellar record of running excellent secondary schools and has the outstanding quality of leadership by example.
